In 1991, Sasha’s father in law started Harmony Air as a Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) installation company. In 2009, upon his father in law’s retirement, Sasha and his wife moved the business to Lake County, CA so they could fulfill their dream of living in the country, surrounded by forests and mountains.
Soon after relocating, Sasha began aligning the business more closely with his lifelong passion for sustainable and energy efficient construction. He began focusing on the more energy efficient ductless HVAC systems, becoming the first HVAC contractor in Lake County to specialize in these units. He also began branching out into geothermal heating and cooling systems and solar panel and solar hot water installation.
More recently Sasha has trained as a Passive House Consultant. Harmony Air is the sole provider of this service in Napa, Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino counties.
